A big THANK YOU to all of you in our community for saddling up and joining us at Monte’s Benefit Gala, whether you joined us in person or were bidding remotely! Your enthusiasm, generosity, and school spirit helped make the event a boot-stompin’ success.
We are excited to share that we are reopening the Silent Auction to offer up all available remaining items! The Auction Encore will reopen for 48 hours, from Tuesday Nov. 18 at 6 pm until Thursday Nov. 20 at 6 pm. Everyone in the Montclaire community can purchase a party spot or unsold item, regardless of whether you previously purchased an auction ticket for Saturday’s event.
--> All unsold items will be available for immediate purchase at a fixed price—first come, first served. Check out the catalog in advance and “favorite” the items you'd like to buy. Return to the catalog at 6 pm on Tuesday, add those items to your cart, and check out ASAP.
--> Those who previously purchased Gala tickets, both attendee and non-attendee, will be able to purchase items immediately. If you did not previously purchase a ticket, you will be prompted to purchase the $10 non-attendee ticket in order to buy items. Your $10 donation helps MPTO cover the costs of auction overhead.
We surpassed our $80,000 goal on Saturday night alone, and our community now has the chance to raise an additional $28,000 through the sale of remaining items - an opportunity to raise over $100,000 to support our kids and our school!

Monte's Benefit Gala is more than a community event - it's one of the ways MPTO raises critical funds for school programs our students and teachers depend on that aren't covered by district or federal funds.
MPTO’s total fundraising goal for the 2025–2026 school year is $541,637, which includes direct contributions from Montclaire families.

Join us at the adults-only Gala in your finest Denim and Diamonds to support Montclaire Elementary School! The event will have a silent auction, live auction, plus entertainment, food & drink, and a chili cookoff competition.

** Purchase your ticket above! Register by Monday, Oct. 27 for a chance to win a surprise Labubu with custom Monte outfit.
** Donate to the auction using the link above: We’re looking for items and experiences such as wine & spirits, getaways and vacations, event tickets, classes and summer camps, and more.
** Co-host a Monte Party! Monte parties are parent-hosted events auctioned off at the Gala to build community and raise funds. These can be anything from backyard BBQs to kids’ Mario Kart tournaments. Guests “buy” a spot at the Gala, and 100% of proceeds go to MPTO. We especially need hosts for the grade-level parties - themes were chosen by student vote at the 2025 Walkathon. Indicate your interest to host a party here.

Don't forget to arrange childcare - the Gala is an adults-only event - and plan your outfit. This year's theme is Denim and Diamonds - think Western with flair - but there is no dress code.
